Welcome to the wonderful world of the South Shore Children’s Center.  Our enriched curriculum offers all children the balance of academic, social, and emotional education. Our newly expanding facility provides a center-based learning environment unparalleled by any other preschool program. As educators we have designed a program that provides your child with a solid academic foundation.  Our standards are high, but proven successful.

Our learning centers are stimulating and exciting, offering your child hands-on activities to promote learning and fun. Small classes tailored to your child’s age give way to an environment that promotes social development.  Our skilled teachers inspire children to listen, learn and interact. Each center is designed to reflect and reinforce our “monthly themes” and the “letter of the week.”

Our mission success has been achieved by creating a learning environment fostering fun and happiness. Along with our highly educated staff, we create and implement lesson plans that keep current with the NYS standards for preschool education. 

If your child is not potty trained he/she can still be enrolled in our preschool.  Our nurturing staff will work with your child and encourage potty training.  Once enrolled in a class your preschooler will see his/her classmates using the potty and this will encourage the process as well. Here at the South Shore Children’s Center we strive to develop and enhance preschool education.
